Who is Old Harbor Properties

Thanks for taking the time to check out our website. We are local New England residents that focus on buying properties off-market (with no commissions) for cash. Adam  is the visionary behind the team at Old Harbor Properties. He has meticulously built a team that is driven to provide the most amount of value possible to our clients. He has reinforced our values throughout the company and strives to uphold them in every relationship we build. He is a NH-based investor who served as a licensed general contractor (CS-116200) for over 10 years in commercial/residential construction in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Adam is a Fordham Graduate and lives in Hudson. He is a people person, loves to meet new people, and is an extremely talented martial artist.
Tim  is the primary point of contact for the the company. He is here to help you from start to finish. He comes from a background in custom construction, spending many years building high-end custom homes from foundation to finish in the Lake Sunapee Region. He also has robust knowledge of the real estate industry from his year as a realtor. His goal is to be able to provide the most amount of value possible and get you moving towards the next chapter.
As president of the local NHREIA Tim enjoys public speaking and is also captain of his flag football team.
Jocelyn is our Director of Business Development. She is also the primary point of contact for our relocation assistance. She is a Realtor ®  in MA and NH. Her hospitality is unmatched and she is ready to help you find your next home, whether you’re looking to buy or rent. She is from Chelmsford MA in her free time enjoys spending time with her two boys, horses and snowmobiling.
